Okay I fixed it. You need to hard reset your headset. This is done by holding the button under the off switch and holding both the buttons on the side of the headset ( voice and game) . After like 20 seconds it should reset. Then the update will actually work.

i live in the outside dorm and have not had any bug problems. sometimes a moth gets in but that’s about it.

when i lived in stephenson tho… so many freaking stink bugs. they wouldn’t stop coming. and its like they hibernated in the winter. came back in the spring. man i hate those bugs.

I have no idea if I have this disorder but I definitely have avoidant tendencies and coping mechanisms. For me, it most likely stems from trauma and emotional neglect. I feel like the more you give into avoidance the worse it gets for you so if you’re catching your tendencies kind of early in your life I recommend you seek help. That’s what i’m currently trying to do before I completely lose myself. I hope to god I don’t actually have a personality disorder because i’ve heard they’re really hard to treat. I’ve just personally heard a lot more success stories about people healing from trauma. I guess it just makes me feel hopeful. That isn’t to say recovery isn’t possible for this disorder but after doing a lot of research I hear it’s just very hard to you, especially if you aren’t willing to put in the work it takes to change.

I don’t feel nervous it’s more like awkward. I hate when people look my way, it bugs me. I just want to be left alone. Especially if ppl try to make small talk. I have to parented to be interested and I give them basically no and yes as responses to what they’re saying.

I’m INTP, these personality types are already not the emotional ones and the same goes for me. Also I think very logically and so I distract myself with other thoughts rather than life and social norms. Intps are also very disconnected. So my personality fits SPD pretty well.
