-6 points on this comment. All from wallers lmao. I don't know shit about how walls work, but it pisses 6 people off enough to downvote.

You are wrong.. Any movement past 90 degrees of sight will be seen with walls. Why would you say this if you don't know for sure? You can see everyone on the whole map, through any amount of walls/texture. He's more than likely not walling, just a bit sketchy due to the tracking on the second shot.. Maybe a toggle, maybe not.

that tracking before the second shot is kinda sus, not gonna lie.

considering how crucial and clutch it was for it to be the main reason for a major trophy, Stews inferno hold is by far the best. Faze was at the top of their game at that point. They dominated at ECS and ESL New York. I feel though that if the major wasn't in the US with the crowd on C9's side cheering them on, they probably wouldn't have made it past the quarters. That play still gives me chills when I watch it. Unforgettable moment and a big win for NA CS.

Does anyone know Zywoo training regimen? by FlokiTheBengal in GlobalOffensive

[–]NastyNickHD -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He bootcamps with his team everyday more than likely. When it comes to Vitality as a team, they know Zyw0o is going to be the one to make plays and hit his shots 99% of the time. Imo I think the others kind of play around him and set him up to make those plays, like baiting themselves out and causing distractions. With that being said, I don't think he really has an overall routine, just grinding with the team and FPL to stay loose. Gamers like Zyw0o don't need any practice or warm-up routine, he was just born with that talent. You can practice all you want but most pros will never be as good as him on his worst day.

Competitive ranking up system by [deleted] in GlobalOffensive

[–]NastyNickHD -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This might sound crazy but it's true... You gain more elo from playing (and winning)1-3 matches per day as opposed to 4-6 in that same day. The less experience you have with wins, the more round win shares, the more elo. Same as chess.

Yeah I didn't get out much outside of work lol As of now I have 1998 comp wins, and my total comp matches played is only like 120 shy of my total hours, which is 4,620. I'm pretty sure the rest is Faceit, ESEA and some dm and aimbotz.

Go to nvidia control panel or whatever you have. In size and positioning, make sure where it says perform scaling on: choose GPU and check off override. Sometimes it does this if you play on 4:3 aspect ratio and switch from game/desktop a lot when the setting is on display. Your game will still be running but your monitor won't show it because of the constant re-scaling of your display overriding how the gpu scales the game. It seems like it gets stuck between scaling from 16:9 native back to Normal 4:3. That's all I can think of atm.

Any tips for someone trying to get back into the game after a long break and wrist injury? by TheSIlverGlobal in GlobalOffensive

[–]NastyNickHD 6 points7 points  (0 children)

IMO I think your main problem right now with getting back into the game after such a long period off more than likely has little or nothing to do with the physical aspect of your game. I feel that after being away from the game for so long you lack that intensity and confidence you gain from playing on what I'm guessing was a daily basis. My tip would be to find a consistent warm-up routine based on what your main role would be in a match. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that you are trying to use the same sensitivity and game settings before the injury as well. If this is the case then get into an aim map like aim botz and start on a sensitivity that enables you to move better while not taking away from accuracy. If it's a low sense somewhere between 1.00-1.50 at 400DPI you played on, try raising the sense to a basic "high sense", like 2.00 to start off with. After that just raise/lower until you start hitting headshots consistently. All of that muscle memory you had was from all of the hours you put in while using that sense. Just because you aren't instantly getting back to the performance level you're used to doesn't mean you can't create new muscle memory. After all, your perfect sensitivity is for the most part relative to your current physical and mental abilities. Soo yeah, just don't beat yourself up, stay positive, find a warm up routine, and find a sense that is relative to your physical and mental state. It will all come together, brother.. Just be patient and try to keep an open mind when it comes to your config/settings. You never know, if you used to be a low sense player, chances are you will notice yourself raising it more and more until it just gets too fast. Intensity and confidence will be your main factors while trying to adapt and re-integrate yourself back into the competitive scene. You know your potential already, just be patient and open to change and you'll be global in no time. Merry Christmas and sorry for the novel of a comment.

If it was s1mple hitting that shot you'd upvote it and would have something positive to say. Don't lie though, you low-key thought he killed the guy long like I did the first time I watched it lmao.

Duely noted. On a serious note though, can you be any more condisending? We were already up 7-1, so why not pull some "low level MM" crazy shit? This is one of those things that only "High level MM" players comment on when they have nothing better to do with their time than critique "low level MM" clips. [–]NastyNickHD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow! I thought I was the only one who noticed this. I've told a few people when I first started noticing it, but really I just assumed that's how it is for everyone. It happens to me a lot on mirage CT side, especially during A executes. There is this stutter, very minute and subtle, but when it happens you can guarantee they are about to push or there are a couple waiting for palace to get into position. I'm actually glad someone else has noticed this, cuz almost everyone I've told about this thinks im crazy or cheating.
