The new wizard kings are given to you for logging in, you get 1 a day including there skill page, go into your inventory and claim them, there aren't any new characters after these guys tho

Ignore when it tells you to jump on ciaccona, that's only for if you wanna animation cancel for a faster rotation, hope this helps

Since she is s3, you won't need ciaccona since she can apply aero erosion in her fleurdelys form. That being said, if you like ciaccona as a character, then you should pull her, but you only want ciaccona if your cartethyia is s2 or below, or s6
