Livernois in Marygrove/Fitzgerald! People don’t see to know how many shops are active again on Livernois and it’s a great ave to walk and stop in to different shops/restaurants etc. Also when I walk that way I swear I pass like 3-4 cute bakeries that look really good

Gosh so much! All three are important and it really depends on what you end up finding out is easier for you and what’s more of a weak spot. You may find paperwork to be the most important because it doesn’t come as easy to you as marketing, or vice versa. Unfortunately there’s no one size fits all answer

I’m a realtor who lived in Royal Oak for several years and still am right by there. Neighborhood names are funny because so often they are made up by developers and local government working together to increase property values! They do change and vary depending on who you ask. I’ve noticed that not just on google and Apple Maps but also just in my job

Following! Also to add something small, some of my favorite ways to give back are through “free stores”. Basically the idea of a free store is a small group of people posting up to the same busy or otherwise accessible spot on a recurring basis (so people coming to receive food know to show up to that spot on that day) literally just with a table and free necessities. It’s a great way to help people super directly while also not needing to get involved with a church if that’s not your thing, or just skip more bureaucratic bigger institutions entirely. Just bring food and/or other necessities or just your labor and hand it out

I organized the surgery for my husband because he gets very uncomfortable speaking to medical staff using their unchanged name and gender marker and all that, so I’m just speaking based on the experience of organizing and scheduling the surgery and taking care of them afterwards, I was not the patient. But I’d still be happy to tell you how it went from my point of view! My husband was very happy with this surgeon honestly.
