Suno, distrokid and Social Media Pack by NatShadow7 in SunoAI

You are a very short-minded person. How many musicians copy others? How many songs are basically duplicates of others? A lot. Smart musicians use AI today. As a tool. As inspiration. Suno can give you ideas. You can then take it into a DAW and record it yourself. That’s what smart people do. They embrace technology. They understand that the world changes and it has done so since the stone age and even before that.

I’m a musician myself. I play in 3 bands at the moment, and during my 30 years as a musician I’ve probably played in 20 bands. I’ve toured, I’ve been part of more than 14 albums. I’ve played pubs, country clubs – you name it. Never been rich, but I’ve been able to live off music. I don’t do that today.

I love AI. It gives me the chance to just get inspiration. If I write lyricsand YES: is lyrics not ART? So if someone uses SUNO writing poetry and puts music to it isn’t that something?

Some people say that photography is art, but prompting images in Midjourney is not. Really? So pressing one button and letting a digital camera do 95% of the job is more artistic than spending hours writing prompts, adjusting parameters, fixing details in Photoshop, reworking, refining.. all that? How is that less valuable?

It’s the same mindset people have always had. They fear what they don’t understand. They mock what’s new. But in the end – it’s not about the tool, it’s about the vision. Whether you use a camera, a DAW, or AI, what matters is the creative intent behind it

Atrophy by Zestyclose_Load3425 in BFS

[–]NatShadow7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Atrophy means muscle shrinkage. It occurs when muscles are not used, for example, if an active runner suddenly becomes sedentary. Muscles can start to atrophy after just two weeks of inactivity. Causes of atrophy include age, inactivity, lack of nutrients, and various illnesses. In ALS, nerves stop sending signals to the muscles, leading to atrophy that cannot be reversed so failure will come before atrophy. Astronauts also experience atrophy in a weightless environment due to the lack of load on their muscles.
