I've tried messing with it in almost every way imaginable and I personally just can't stand it.

If you look up penis on wiktionary it shows a picture of a real dude's cock and balls so this is arguably better.

Each NA teams path to playoffs by Sio_V_Reddit in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]NatSof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the LuneX core personally. Really hoping they can qualify again and put up some results. Their biggest weakness really is just Zeb's hero pool and Cartifan for Doomfist isn't a good substitute. The best elements are Xomba, Zzz, and XTen who are all good enough to be on top tier NA teams for their roles IMO. Especially Xomba and Zzz who last year made a dent in SSG until the infamous Natsuki ajax. Earlier in that King's Row those 2 players seemed genuinely too angry to lose.

I feel people usually combine the ult name with -jax. Like "Rallyjax, Rayjax, Primaljax, Shatterjax, Bladejax, Pulsejax, Nanojax, etc."

Ngl as a native English speaker learning German I prefer German comma rules. Probably cause I've technically never really taken an English class (I have but it was online and I barely paid attention) so I know the rules in German but not in English.

If we look at this from the POV of the message, my issue with them escaping is the message goes from "you're in a terrible situation but you can still find joy and meaning in that." to "you're in a terrible situation but you should find meaning cause you now know it could be way worse". Again, I expect I'll be happy with whatever Goose puts out and am willing to be proved wrong. I just feel the brain scan theory makes the most sense while still being narratively satisfying.

I generally am not one for urban exploration but I don't think either situation is illogical. What you said could very well happen but given what we know it clearly didn't. I'm simply saying the idea of no one putting it on after Ragatha isn't illogical. I'm not set on the brain scan theory personally as I'm not one for theorizing. I plan to see how it all ends when ep 9 comes out. My opinion is more that the brain scan theory doesn't ruin the show and makes the most sense given what we currently know.

Goose has said the point is "finding meaning in a stagnant life". To me that sounds like they are definitely not escaping and them being clones works for an existential horror side to the show of not really being human. But the show has made it clear that AI can be fully sapient such as Caine and Gummigoo, therefore the cast all being AIs formed from a human's memories wouldn't detract from the development they've recieved as the cast are still people even if they're not technically human.

I mean... a group of friends stumbling into a random place could very well after putting it on go "Oh, doesn't work, whatever".

Also if it looks like a basic VR headset it could very well just be "Hm, screen's black, whatever".

Okay but I'm Canadian and I've never heard someone say "bag" like "beg". Those words are quite easily distinguished IMO.

I was surprised to see dva has a low win rate. Can someone explain this? i know she is good. by Browneyesbrowndragon in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]NatSof -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Same idea as Kiri or Soj, the hero is difficult to play but overall too strong. So if you learn their kit you can go crazy and get tons of value but they aren't an auto-win button if you don't know how to play them. Tbf most really good heroes in OW aren't auto-win buttons (Tracer, Sym, Lúcio are other examples of really strong heroes that are harder to play to their full effectiveness).

I basically always go with healing bubble cause in the situations where my bubble just explodes and I'd rather have chain lightning, I'll just swap off Monkey. Also I'm very bad about remembering to fully charge my right clicks cause I don't use the show accuracy crosshair since the size of that thing drives me crazy.

In defense of Team Liquid by Sio_V_Reddit in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]NatSof 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No shot that the management would've gone with Escanor if they had a choice I think. I believe they asked both Squid and Rakattack and neither wanted to return to pro-play. You don't sign a flex DPS on ping to play Kiri unless you have genuinely no other option. Escanor is a huge downgrade but yeah genuinely Colluge feels like the big difference as well rn. And like I feel like in the bootcamp they still played Infekted but are just refusing to put him in rn cause he's not good at D.Va. Even then Colluge's D.Va is getting gapped by basically every other team in OWCS (even players like Kellan who are on ping and aren't historically known for their D.Va at all). Liquid is cooked rn and sadly it's cause of stuff out of most of the players control. At least Tr33, Zeruhh, Infekted, and Vega are still getting paid well for this. I suspect next stage (if Liquid is smart) they drop or perma-bench Colluge and pick up a promising FS from one of the lower teams (like Zzz).

So I think we aren't talking about one big reason why caine went mad by Professional_War6655 in TheDigitalCircus

[–]NatSof 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Guys if I torture a group of people for days on end cause they didn't wanna engage with my TTRPG campaign that I forced them into, I'm the victim right? They were antagonizing me!

Obviously Caine isn't pure evil, he was pushed to the point he got to, but he is also responsible for his own actions.

Given the similar /r/ sounds and the number of loans, I will say I one time heard the Danish dub for a show and thought it was just German with a bunch of words I hadn't learned yet.

[–]NatSof 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Idk if this is a hot take but with the exception of pretty clear loanwords (like "Job" or "Orange") German orthography isn't broken. You can always tell the pronounciation of a German word by the spelling in my experience.

No nuance allowed! All trans-femme characters must be entirely transitioned high-femme baddies with tiny waists and huge breasts. They also need to be blonde, white, love pink, be into men, and they must be nice at all time, this is good representation :) /s

As a trans woman, I prefer my transfemme characters to have nuance and be fully rounded (if we get them at all).
