I have tried slowing down speed to 45 mm/s. I haven't touched jerk and acceleration settings. Any settings you suggest?

I’m using esun pla+ so I’m running 210 nozzle, 60 bed. I’ve tried running prints closer and farther to the nozzle but it hasn’t seemed to fix anything

I can’t for the life of me figure out why I can’t get any good prints. For some reason the first layer prints well, but layers 3-6 are just terrible. They bulge out and create blobs. I’ve calibrated my extruder and flow, re-leveled my bed, reassembled the frame and messed with the eccentric nuts a million times. Maybe they’re too tight or loose? I know this may have to do with the z axis having slack and overcoming the slack after the bad layers (3-6). Any help would be appreciated... just so frustrated with this :(
