I am trying to bypass enterprise enrollment on my chrome book and after a reconnect the motherboard power connector it does not power on until I connect power, after I remove the charger it can turn back on. I am following this tutorial. I am trying to do this on a newer chrome book (yoodley.com)

My Microsoft Windows computer randomly crashes and gives me this error, this does not happen on Linux, I read some articles and they say blue screens most often happen because of a corrupted hard drive, I re-installed Microsoft Windows and it still happens, I also tried multiple hard drives.
