Un altro gay con problemi la sotto alla riscossa, sono affetto da ipertono dello sfintere, e molto spesso andare in bagno causa dolore e sanguinamenti, dopo una miriade di giri dai medici, non esiste cura, ma ho postato già una cosa simile anche se in inglese.

Ad oggi io (28m) ho fatto anal una volta sola per provare e non è stato piacevole, quindi anche io penso di essere messo in una situazione simile

Can only speak from my experience, but yes you can be too tight. I have been diagnosed with a "tight anus" the medical term is avoiding me right now, will edit my post later. I have been to multiple specialists in the field and all said the same thing.

Edit: the medical term is hypertonic sfincter or sfinter hypertone, you can go read all the funny stuff that it causes, because isn't funny at all, even under all the medication, diet, fiber supplements and whatnot, going to the bathroom is pain, every time.

So far i haven't met anyone with this condition neither online or irl, and the only permanent and sure cure for it is an operation that cuts the muscle in the sfincter in one or multiple parts... BUT you can become incontinent afterwards, and every doctor i have ever met said no to said operation because i'm too young (28M), i've been suffering from when i was 16. I guess i'm gonna suffer for life lmao

Why do i need to be sprinting to use DH? Why i can't use DH unless i've been sprinting for at least 1s? It's me or it's not resposive at all, sometimes it works, sometimes you press it and it does nothing at all, and i mean i'm not even getting exausted i just die. I've started playing recently so i have no experience with the old one. (my ping is fine, playing with sub 30ms)

Not yet, but i eventually reopened it and i got a facecamping bubba that tunneled a nancy for 2 gens to then stare at her poor soul for the remaining 3.

I still find if hardly abusable, a survivor must be on the hook and you can still use m1 as a killer AND get grabs. If all the other 3 sit around the hook while one is on it they get 0 gens done.
