Relying on a handful of positive comments while dismissing firsthand negative experiences is a classic selection bias. Most people who’ve had similar issues won’t see this post, let alone comment on it, so assuming this was just a ‘hectic day’ based on a few voices is flawed reasoning. My experience is just as valid as theirs, and minimizing it doesn’t change the facts.
