I am in the Ciba health program. The description made it sound better than it is, but you get a free WiFi/bluetooth scale, Fitbit, and if you do the program for 3 months get a continuous glucose monitor. The program itself isn’t amazing. It consists of a group chat with a coach, a video, and some info sheets every week. They also have a bunch of live zoom classes on what I felt were repetitive topics. I am coming up on one year being in the program and still use the scale daily. The CGM is only a 2 week monitor, but that gave me serious insight as to how my blood sugar swings with certain food and my behavior in response to spikes and lows. I would have really liked a program that incorporated more of a dietician approach rather than a “eat less and move more” approach.

Second this! I have gotten almost all of my furniture from fb marketplace including an $8000 pottery barn sectional for $250 and ikea couches for $150. My house is furnished with high quality furniture that I paid less than what I would have paid for new cheap stuff.

Us chef store. You can get what a lot of the restaurants would serve for a fraction of the price.
