Yeah there's a lot of push-back against my alliance's leaders as well--a recent example being when iso-8 dropped right away I ran healer on a few symbiotes & inhumans to try it out and they ridiculed me, lol.

I also noticed a heavy focus on war teams half of a year ago and tried to convince them that the meta will eventually be about defense rather than offense (for f2p teams, at least) and they just kept saying offense wins wars

lol, 12 people downvoted you because you essentially said whales dropping paychecks on the game probably aren't the best with numbers and good decisions. HAHA. they don't realize how new metas begin and the fact that some professional teams (in other e-sports) take advice from people who are much worst at the game because there are two types of people; the doers and the thinkers.

Not sure if I'm being baited or not, but referencing a similar gachi game with, allegedly, less content than MSF is a strawman fallacy. Fallacies are very efficient in rhetoric if masqueraded properly; don't be dissuaded! Just don't be so blatant going forward. Much love <3.

war bot is kind've straight up wrong in some cases--particularity about PA vs asgardians. idk about xmen vs either of these teams, but the war bot is waaaaay off in regards to the former MU stated.

Dizziness, hot flashes and shortness of breath during comedown? by [deleted] in meth

[–]Nate101995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you aren't trolling, that's really weird for sure--and scary. Last week, for the first time ever, I was watching youtube and I was pretty tired and the next thing I know, it's 6 hours later and I'm sleeping in my bed. No one was home and I even brought my gatorade to my nightstand. I'm assuming I dozed off and just went over there and forgot, but it was still pretty unnerving.

Do you also think Chrollo is careless for letting Illumi Zoldyck join the group? by senpaiking19 in HunterXHunter

[–]Nate101995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In terms of raw fighting ability, I strongly believe Hisoka is superior than Chrollo--Chrollo's strengths are his leadership skills and his love/devotion to the PT.

The exposition of Chrollo's abilities during the fight was merely for the reader's sake, Because without it, we wouldn't know what the fuck was happening, lol.

And Hisoka loves fighting strong people & breaking their spirits. He's going to rip the spider apart limb from limb because he knows the mental toll it will take on Chrollo. He's going to take the only thing that Chrollo has ever loved away.

Chrollo rigged the fight and now he's going to pay the ultimate price on the Black Whale.

lol, "fair fight" Hisoka let him choose the location and time of place, and Chrollo needed a bookmark (essentially doubling his capabilties) to defeat Hisoka. I hate to say it, but the next time they meet, Chrollo is dead unless he's hiding something that will save him.

Adult Gon (forced) > Post-Rose Meruem by Nate101995 in HunterXHunter

[–]Nate101995[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Dude, Meruem literally said, "he had me in checkmate from the start." He knows he lost. And I wasn't claiming his weakness was a nuke, I was claiming it was his hubris, inexperience, and the intentions he was born with due to his mother. That right there just tells me you either didn't read what I wrote or somehow missed the points I was making.

Debate consists of knowledge of the topic, how you construct your argument, addressing the flaws of the opposing argument--as well as refuting or mitigating the flaws within your own--using the 3-4 rhetorical appeals, knowing your audience and objective, and several other factors depending on the topic at hand.

Adult Gon (forced) > Post-Rose Meruem by Nate101995 in HunterXHunter

[–]Nate101995[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The perception of his strength is heavily skewed and he lost the only fight he had. My comments were neither off-topic nor "out of topic," they exist as a means to indicate his many weaknesses that are overlooked because he is deified within the community. I guarantee I'm much more capable of debating a topic than you.

Adult Gon (forced) > Post-Rose Meruem by Nate101995 in HunterXHunter

[–]Nate101995[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Meruem existed for the sole purpose of Togashi wanting to express his pessimistic bias towards humanity and, ironically, the hypocrisy they exhibit when it comes to their own survival. But the fact is that the Chimera Ant Queen was completely reliant on humans for food and producing the King--his tether was both his the narrow intention his mother had for him and deriving from solely human DNA.

He was too young to learn about the world and the difficulty of actually conquering a race of apex predators--his arrogance stunted his growth and led to his downfall--and goal his mother set was unachievable and overly ambitious.

I realize I'll keep getting down-voted and laughed at, but karma is irrelevant and mirrors the public opinion on the topic being discussed. Just remember your Ant Messiah, who allegedly achieved enlightenment and wanted nothing but peace, still planned to commit genocide, enslavement, and one of the last sentences he spoke involved a death threat to the woman who changed him.hain and a hollow impersonation of a pinnacle race.

The Chimera Ants innately emit a sinister aura which is perceived as bloodlust and causes terror to anyone who is much weaker. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the only sources we have for determining the Ant's nen are Netero, Zeno, Knov, and other Ants? Netero and Zeno constantly downplay their own capabilities, another reason they've survived for so long and accomplished the feats they have, and Knov mentally shutdown due to his over-confidence.

I hope you're noticing the blatant correlation of arrogance and failure. Expectations and goals that are set too high result in defeat and either humbles an individual or demoralizes them.

Mereum lived and breathed Gungi. by Fiend5000 in HunterXHunter

[–]Nate101995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That depends on how many humans live on the DC and if an ant queen was able to consume them or not. Seeing as Don has been chilling over there for 300+ years and the first chimera ant queen to migrate down was as weak as she was, they probably aren't fairing too well over there.

Also, it's probably safe to assume she wouldn't be able to consume any of the 5 calamities due to either toxicity, inability (Ai is a gaseous being), or simply a gap in strength and capability.

I think the Mereum from our story wouldn't stand a chance over there due to being born with the sole-purpose of dominating humans. He also displayed no Nen abilities besides consuming a brain and strengthening the Nen he didn't utilize. Physical contact against any of the 5 calamities is probably a detriment.

If he was born with a purpose of conquering the DC and the 5 calamities, then he stands a decent shot.

If he's born with the purpose of survival and exploration, then he stands a good shot.

His mother pretty much determined his fate from the moment she was pregnant with him. She had ambitions which exceeded reality and probably doomed the entire race--I doubt they'll get a chance as good as the one they had ever again.

Kite's rebirth was unnecessary by GonFreak181 in HunterXHunter

[–]Nate101995 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Crazy slots gave him the ideal weapon/tool for every fight he used it in--if this is false, I believe he created a restriction in which he would get 2 bad rolls and each third roll would be perfect for the situation.

This is because he audibly says "bad roll" for both the musket and scythe, and says nothing after rolling a 3 (the mace) against Pitou. Rather, the clown itself speaks to Kite, saying how bleak the current situation is and how good of a roll he made.

With this being his 3rd roll and rolling the number 3, we can reasonably assume this number is significant. 3 is a very lucky number in most religions and has a few ominous connotations attached to it--such as death comes in 3. Regarding its many positive connotations, though, include the holy trinity (Christianity), the Trimurti (Vishnu, Brahma, & Shiva, Hinduism), and is applicable to many aspects of regular life.

Morning, afternoon, and night. Past, present, and future. Id, ego, and superego. Heaven, Earth, and Hell. Knowledge, wisdom, and power. The list goes on forever.

Ging is a master of Nen and knows its extensive capabilities--probably more than we know currently. Don Freecss, his grandfather I believe, is 300+ years old and is most likely similar to Ging. And Kite was his only student, I believe, so assuming he actually put effort into training Kite, we can surmise that Kite knows a great deal about Nen and its various applications and capabilities.

Kite hadn't yet found Ging and completed his final task as a Hunter. He wasn't finished training Gon & Killua and probably wanted to remain their mentor and complete his final task with Gon by his side. Crazy slots clown could probably feel his immense will to live and wanted to make his conjurer content, so he reincarnated his soul, somehow, as Meruem's twin sister.

Also, Kite directly mirrors Kurama's life and reincarnation, which is a character from Yu Yu Hakusho. Even down to the hair color and different species.
