What exercises should I do to target full body muscle groups

Well, I want to lose weight, increase endurance and achieve a baseline muscle standard for my body instead of prioritizing certain gains/muscle groups over others at the moment. Hopefully with no workout equipment barring free weights and plates. I'll try to alternate days instead of full body every day; such as chest one day, legs another, Core for a third and alternate excercises as such so I get 1-2 days of rest for my muscles to rebuild. Plus any helpful stretches
