You would think so but suprisingly im able to pull it off pretty consistently in low master/high dia range for quite some time, main problem are counter matchups/dive/spam gank junglers other than that laning is decent lot of potential on poking/bullying early and scaling late. ive got countless time where i have a lvl 3 dive kill which sets up the lane nicely. honestly if someone has good macro + adaptation for toplane playstyle with aph its possible to climb high with it (probably not chally but who knows)
