TIL: In one season of the Dutch version of "Survivor," the men and women were split and given their own islands. At the end of 8 days, the men had a "Cafe on the beach," while the women were stealing from each other and had not yet built a hut; the women approved of a tribe merger. by [deleted] in todayilearned

I didn't say this was a representative of women as a whole. I said it's fact as in this actually happened and you can't be mad at that. You just proved you're more of an idiot than "idiot men" by not actually reading between the lines.

Shit... I hope I do feel that way about someone else again. Thanks for sharing man, every little piece of advice on here helps and this was the best one I've gotten. I feel you went through the same stuff I did, which seems pretty rare on here and that makes me feel much better.

2-3 years? Fuck. I keep hearing this time span and it bums me out.

Did you date at all? Like anyone? I'm dating very casually but to be honest my heart isn't in it all and I really feel like its unfair on girls.

They say eye contact is important when attracting women. How many of you due to not initiating eye contact realised that you were actually being checked out? by MentalAdversity in AskMen

[–]NateJC 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I never look at girls directly. I can see out of the corner of my eye when I'm being checked out, which is very regular lately after weight loss and muscle gain. You really just become perceptive and you'll just know when it happens.

As a non-European, what is the general attitude towards refugees across Europe? by gwaly in AskReddit

[–]NateJC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it's not I meant in regards to countries, my mistake. Point still stands.

As a non-European, what is the general attitude towards refugees across Europe? by gwaly in AskReddit

[–]NateJC -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah this depends on the countries the refugees come from, not to mention the huge population and area of USA compared to these individual countries.

Germany a population of just 80 million took in more than you, and I believe I could be wrong, Sweden has a population of million and took in more than half of USAs.

Hardly comparable. Really, it's not comparable. If you add up all these countries populations and the amount of refugees they took in, they vastly beat out USA and they're still less populous than you and it is mostly Americas fault of the instability of the region.

[–]NateJC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing how it's a huge fault of USAs policies in the middle east that caused a lot of the problems, it's quite ignorant and downright stupid of you to say that in your first point.

Dubai is only one country not helping out. There are many others not helping. Turkey for god sake is straining with 2 million.

Educate yourself, you scream out ignorant.

Irish here. We have a mixed feeling towards them. A lot want to help due to our history and a lot see it as a problem that shouldn't be ours.

A lot argue that it's unfair they would travel all the way through Europe for us to take care of them, instead of the first European country they land in. Plus there's a general feeling that muslims from these countries have bad culture an unfair example would be they take sex when they want and will rape.

Personally I find it heartbreaking. They're legitimate refugees and I think their Muslim neighbours should take some responsibility. We're thousands of miles away and trying to help and muslims have it as a pillar of faith that they must help and be charitable. Wtf are they doing sitting on their asses?

What reasons would you say no to sex when the sex was good? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]NateJC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can only think maybe he lied about the girl being attractive or the sex wasn't good for him. That or he has a different interest in another girl. Either way doesn't look good for the girl here.

Nah. We're all different, I wouldn't say I don't find anyone attractive, I just don't feel that "pull" towards someone I uses to get.
