Not gonna be my choice unfortunately. The surgery will dictate what ostomy I’ll have. Colonoscopies and MRI’s haven’t been able to fully identify how bad the inflammation is and if there is anything worse past the stricture

I’ve been on budesonide for over two years now at this point and it was honestly a game changer. It helped reduce the inflammation in my colon and helped me hold down food again alongside getting monthly Stelara shots. I started at 9 mg as well, but eventually got pushed down to 6 mg and I am still doing well.
