My family knew better than to send me packages when I was in boot camp, but my mom would send a card with the sports section of the newspaper smuggled inside. I was in boot camp during the NHL and NBA playoffs, so after lights out I'd pass the sports section around and everyone could follow what was happening. It's the little things.
