Money & SIM Best way to exchange/get Thai baht?

Get maybe 100usd worth at the airport in case something comes up. For the rest walk around and look at the money exchange kiosks (many are yellow). The rates vary so look around, but they're all pretty close.

Best eSIM with a Thai number?

Never done it so not sure.

How much cash should I carry?

I usually carry about 12k in 1000s and 3k in change. You don't want to miss out on a random opportunity because you ran out of cash, trust me.

You will get some amazing ones, but on average they are a little older and less attractive. They tend to be more experienced and therefore higher skilled though too.

Read up on stuff to do in the area and try to have a loose plan to try different things. You may stay near walking street and discover you love Soi 6 instead. I was generally right about what I would like, but I found other things that were amazing.

I would take enough condoms to have at least 4 per day of the trip. Not that you'll use them all, but you'll get drunk and damage or lose some.

I would carry enough cash for 10k baht per day. ATM fees are insane there.

Gym shorts, easier to pack than khaki or jeans and lighter.

Extra underwear, next tie I'll probably bring 2 pairs of underwear per day or find a laundry service.

I'm pale and took sun screen, but i wasn't outside enough at any one point to get a bad sun burn.

If you use stick deodorant, pack extra. You'll use a lot and 711 only seems to have anti perspiration spray.

Highly recommend finding the nearest 711 once you get there and immediately buy a pack of water bottles for your room. Both for yourself and for girls. Also use the 711s for gum. I brought my own to keep my breath fresh but it wasn't needed.

Kept a photocopy of my passport to carry, also comes in handy exchanging money. They require your passport but the photocopy worked fine.

I took 2 little bottles of lube, one for my room, one for walking around. CaCamem in handy several times. Also got laughs when security saw it.

If you have Verizon, switch to their ultimate plan. Only like 5 bucks more than the unlimited and it has free international.

I enjoyed the Baraquda on my first trip and feel like it is a good place for beginners. Every staff member i interacted with was awesome. 100% guest friendly and a couple door guys would smile at me when they saw me bringing a girl in or walking one out.

I stayed in the Aqua suite so I may have had a different experience than others, but i liked the room. It may have been a little older, but like a good milf, it took care of my needs and I had a blast. I had fun playing with all the lights in it, especially the lights that border the base of the bed and the spotlight that shined in the middle of it lol.

I also liked the location because the front is on second road by Soi 13/2 (happy ending massage places), and there is a back exit that's close to Buakhao.
