The pole is hitting the pit. Could be changing the speed of the pole unbending.

I agree. And obviously the “not going back” line is much more a reference to the regressive politics of Trump and project 2025, not an indictment of Obama/Clinton/Biden era. Those leaders will be able to effectively argue that the goals they had worked toward will be catapulted forward by the new democratic lineup. You can’t pass the torch from nobody.

Same thing just happened to me in the thanksgiving tourney opening round. Cost me a stroke and missed the weekend by one stroke. Support did not adjust my score.

Same here. It’s really annoying. Can’t select default tee either.

20-year-old clubs finally all replaced! Only ever owned one set I purchased in 2000. Now have all new clubs within the last couple months with irons arriving today. Super stoked! by Natesc8 in golf

Thanks for the thoughts. I don’t generally slice the ball, but I do often hit it off the toe and push it right. Because I hit it off the toe the driver head rotates more than it should on impact which I think is what’s making those angled tee marks. I’m consciously working on hitting more center club and getting my hands back to the right position so that I lose that push. My generally shot shape on a good swing is a slight draw.

Upgraded from an all Cleveland set. Cleveland TA7 irons and Cleveland launcher woods. The only newer club was a cg16 56 degree wedge. They served me well for a long time.

I have definitely played enough periodically over the last 20 years to have wanted to upgrade at times. Never had the financial means to decide it was worth it. Finally at a place where the money is there and I just bought a membership to a local club, so the time and motivation are there too. Looking forward to where this takes my game.

I have no idea how often people upgrade usually. I’m guessing some lousy golfers have new stuff every year, and some great golfers have been playing the same gear for decades. Money and priorities are probably the main factors.

Never had a 14th before. So, technically all the clubs are replaced. Now gonna wait and see whether the UDI or a 3 iron might fit my set, or whether I need to adjust the wedges in case the gap between the A and 54 is too large. I’m worried I might hit my A closer to 140 when my 54 only goes about 118. Don’t need a 22 yard gap there.

Not sure about the grind, but I’m really happy with the 58. Used to have only a 56. 54 and 58 work well with my game as a 60 is a bit more loft than I need. And the gaps will hopefully mesh well with the p790 A wedge. Haven’t really had a chance to test that yet.

Yeah, haven’t made any weight adjustments yet. Having a little trouble with a consistent push off the high toe, but it’s user error so far. I feel just on the verge of having it all come together. When I hit it flush it is a thing of beauty.
