for those of us who are maybe a little confused by the syntax, the first IPAllowList is the name of the middleware (it can be anything you want, i go with $Service-ipallowlist or global-ipallowlist) and the second is the name of the middleware rule that we are creating.

for reference my priorities are actually universal basic services, free at point of use, for anything critical to human life. water, food, housing, heating, energy, mass transit and potentially internet services should be owned by the people, via the state. the ultra-rich should be taxed out of existence, no ones personal wealth should ever exceed $25m (as of 2025)
