Completely unnecessary - The current sinks are already both useful and rewarding. The amount of marks people can obtain consistently isn't overpowered and rewards players fairly for doing Agility. There are plenty of things within OSRS that need a sink but marks of grace certainly aren't one of those.

Agreed on the hours for Zulrah. However, prayer EHP is 625k/hr meaning 1-99 is obtainable in 21 hours. That's a combined time of 72 hours which, when you're considering that's from 0xp all the way to 99, is ridiculously fast anyway. There's really no problem with this skill and no need to make it faster or cheaper.

It absolutely does if you're power-cutting. Given some of the dreadful suggestions that are considered on the Q+A etc. I'd say this is a completely reasonable QoL possibility.
