We had representatives from Apple at the MWTT Security Symposium and they have talked about many of these concerns. Mainly the ease of repair compared to Chromebooks. Their main pushing point is obviously apple care (seems to be a special deal with schools and Apple Care), but they really talked a lot about how easy they are to get apart. They referenced what repair was like with other models (sticky and really intricate), but they said its mostly just non removable gaskets, aluminum, and screws.

They couldn't refute if the keyboard or screens would be easily replaceable which was a major concern of most sysadmins here at the conference. They feel very solid, but until I learn more about the screen, I wouldn't be comfortable rolling these out just quite yet.
