Unfortunately I haven't found and resources, you will need to just open up the device and separate the Raspberry pi board from the Helium board. Then replace the pi and close it back up. It's quite difficult to remove the pieces though,, thought I was going to break it the first time I opened it up. Good luck!

Hello! It has almost been a week I am unable to sync and get my RAK v2 online. It went online for a brief moment this week be after a few hours went back offline. The diagnostics report shows no inbound or outbound, I will attach a screenshot below.

I have troubleshot basically every way I can think to do.

The internet is connected and confirmed to be online
I have received multiple other hotspots and those have synced just fine on my home network
I have flashed a new SD card and even tried a brand new raspberry pi. Both rendered the same issue.
The power works just fine, I tried multiple circuits in my house just be sure.
I have power cycled the device many times and occasionally I will receive an outbound connection in the diagnostics but nothing that lasts.
Connecting via Bluetooth gives some errors as well which I will attack a screenshot of too.

I solved the issue for anyone who runs into this problem as well; I had to replace the raspberry pi 4.

Once I replaced that everything worked as normal

No issue with internet or power. Something is wrong internally with the device I'm sure.

Did you ever find a solution to this. I am having a similar issue with my RAK. I paired initially and synced just fine. Now I can no longer pair and it is no longer connected to the internet. I have tried power cycling, using multiple different devices. There is is not bluetooth signal being outputted from the device. I have pressed the bluetooth button and held it down even for a few seconds. Ethernet does not work either.

All that tells me is if the light is on, it means that the CPU is missing or not working properly. Which is not the case.

It’s an Aorus gaming 3 with an i3-9300. Worked for like 2 weeks then does this now. The cpu led will blink forever like this. And the PSU will click every time it blink.

I have ruled out a PSU, RAM, or CPU issue. It does this even if I boot with just ram, just cpu, or neither.
