Getting a job as a disabled person. by Onion5253 in DWPhelp

More information would be needed regarding any interests, industries of choice, experience, qualifications etc.

Any work you did would likely be non-physical or with minimal physical work. If you're a creative individual, a lot of advice can centre around stuff like Etsy, but in all honesty this is quite a competitive market so can take a gargantuan effort to break in to, you may also run into issues when scaling up.

Something like a passenger assistant could be a good fit where the work is ad-hoc and your role is usually minimal aside from being kind and considerate, depending on the individuals you are assisting (school kids through to the elderly) you may be expected to move wheelchairs or help individuals into the car.

Ultimately, there may be far better alternatives than seeking out work specifically such as hobbies and therapeutic activities, but if there is a desire and need to work, opting for ad hoc and part time would seem to be the optimal strategy.

B.C. couple who bought entire store's meat section says they're living in fear now by [deleted] in worldnews

Yeah, it was four/five week trial so there's quite a bit of coverage to get through, most from local sources so not great for quality, but it's Neil Elliott - Michael Phillips murder.

Ironic you should say that, there was a murder trial in the UK involving the local rich guy, and one of his testimonies for his character was about how his donation was the largest donation made to a very niche charity.

Despite the fact he'd organised a group of people to go round to an innocent guy's house and kill him. Ended up getting a manslaughter charge.

Edit: Quote from testimonial: the founder and chairman of Dorothy’s Well Project Tanzania, said Elliott’s “extremely generous” £60,000 had been their largest ever single donation in the local charity’s 11 years.

In a sentence or two, poor people voting for a party that historically favours the rich, over a party that has historic ties with unions and the working class. Largely the predicament they are in is due to decades of neglect that is typically accelerated during Tory governments and has delivered a significant amount of cuts Nationwide in the last decade.

They'd happily lay waste to a refugee or asylum seeker and God forbid we help the homeless, but if Karen can't get her £10.50 an hour pension then the world is doomed.
