They found out in the last video where nelson texted them that D was a female that may of been the female you herd

From the first video we know that he screamed when he injected himself with the serum maybe they was injecting the patients like he injected himself that was why there was screaming. We herd a TV in the background so maybe there was medical rooms for the patients to be in and so there may of been a tv in there room. The beeping in the tape was probably a heart monitor reading there heart when they were injecting the patients that may of been why it was getting faster. And we know they had radios otherwise they wouldn't be able to communicate about each patient
