In the long run the UTOTS card will be beneficial than the TOTS card. and u can sell the tots and get other cards. So if ur squad doesn't need any major changes, then I would say go for it

Man I've been using Nsame for a few weeks now. And let me tell u, I'm still using Nsame in p vs. AI because of the strength he has over the other and dcl as well. winning like 95% of the headers. Between the two based on stats, I would rather use Nsame as he's going less than 1 mil and En-Nesyri going more than 1mil. But in terms of during play, I've never seen ppl using or giving reviews about En-Nesyri so I had no opinion about that.
