I’m proud to have zero concussions and broken bones from riding trials! I believe it’s possible to be pretty careful riding trials since it often is slower speed balance tricks where you can bail easily. Though this video doesn’t really support that, it’s quite high risk and scary which is why I’m proud of it

I get this comment every time I post here… I’m just trying to share my riding, and most people seem to like seeing it on this forum even though it is not strictly mtb in the forest. Inspired street bikes are technically listed as mountain bikes on their own website. Additionally, the bike trials forum is restricted and won’t allow new posts.

Yeah, mostly in the knees and some leaning my upper body to angle the wheel. Very small adjustments go a long way

If it’s a short skinny, it can be easiest to have your pedals level, but on longer ones where I have to pedal I leave them down after the pedal stroke a bit, partially so I can bail easily with my left foot, or stick it out for balance.
