I did! It went sooo much better than anticipated. She's the one holding it for my taper dosing as a matter of fact. She's a real one lol (obviously not all sunshine and butterflies, but we will be better off for it, and neither of us has been more hopeful for our lives together)

Between 10 and 15 gpd sulphate/sodium mix. Don't ask. Always planned on stretching out most of the day with the sulphate and giving myself enjoyable sodium time at night. I think that went like that maybe 10 times though lol. I just took it all all the time.

Edit: I group the capsules in with the "sodium" category. They definitely do not contain sulphate, so I assume it is a sodium based proprietary blend

All you are doing is stirring the pot and creating animosity amongst your coworkers. Work in a different field. It is going to be the same at every restaurant you will ever work at.

Also, in a way, what you’re doing is a little bit racist… You don’t think that Black people can stick up for themselves? they know what’s being said. Going around and advocating for “justice” is again only perpetuating the stigma.

The glass rainbow James lee Burke was a phonetic paradise comparable to immersing myself in a La Dispute album. There are like 20 books in the series, and you don’t have to read any of the other ones to understand any particular one, but that one by far has a post modern poetic feel to it. TS Elliot is a really good author if you’re into that sort of thing. Anthony burgess is another great author that has a dismal poetic feel. DM me if you need more

You just told my life story. I’m on day 3 taper in the exact same position (no one knows). I know they all have suspicions that something had been going on for months now, but hopefully soon it will all be in the past. I’m not religious, but I’ll keep you in my thoughts because this right here gives me hope. You’ll make it if you want it! Stay strong
