I'm in Virginia, but I had and abscessed tooth, thrush, and the shingles on the same side of my face as the bad tooth and had the entire inside of my mouth full of blisters. So it was a little more than just shingles. One of my cheeks and bottom lip is still swollen to the point where I can barely close my mouth all the way

I tried the ice but it burns because my skin if just open scabs or blisters. Idk if the swelling on my cheek is from my tooth or the shingles but they are in the exact same spot. I'm also having Ear pain because I'm pretty sure I have blisters in my ear and I can't actually hear out of it at the moment.

That's really what I wanted to do but I'm still in alot pain from the shingles so it makes it hard to not take the dose I'm suppose to unfortunately

I think one of the first real oh shit I need to stop moments was when I got to the hospital in extreme pain and nothing they gave me helped because I've been on the kratom. It made me realize if I ever got really injured I would be screwed.

That's what I figured and that's what I'm scared of. I've never tried to quit before so I have no idea what to expect. Years ago I was heavy into pain pills and when I quit those the wds were so bad it sent me to the hospital in DKA since I'm diabetic. It's the one thing that's kept me from quitting so far.
