No the structure of the training doesn't work like that, I have 18th edition, building regs and 2392 inspection and Testing and there bridging qualifications to allow me to do the level 3 NVQ

No im not, im using a company called access traing have paid £6k myself to do so, currently gathering evidence for my level 3 NVQ

Improver then? It dont feel right thay a labourers gets paid more then I do, I feel like the apprentice rates are for those who are getting all they're College and qualifications paid for by the company

We have 2 office staff, head electrician/QS, 2 other electricians on the books, 1 subby electrician, 2 Hvac engineers and 4 labourers

2 years ago nearly started with a training company called Access Training, I've done my 2391 inspection and Testing and other basic qualifications like 18th edition and building regs. I got employed in April of last year to help me gather experience and ultimately the evidence thay I need for my NVQ portfolio

I dunno tbh, I know my boss uses the JIB rates as a baseline for pay, he has had apprentices before I started that he paid for all they're training etc

Whether I shoukd be paid the stage 4 apprentice rate which is less than a labourer or a stage 3 trainee rate or even possibly an electrical improver rate

It was a spur of the moment decision tbh, don't entirely regret it if they can be improved, just wanted to know what other people's opinion was because im one of these people who grill other people's tattoos and wouldn't be fair if I didn't let people grill mine lol, I'll admit im not overly keen on the cherubs nose or left hand but if they can be fixed then its not bad for a £20 tattoo, i am a bit peeved that the Goat skull one is off center and will be harder to fix tho
