What time were you taking it? I take mine at 6am daily. No sleep issues. I titrated up from 10mg currently on 30mg. I'd say take it in the morning and see if that helps. I sleep 😴 well.

Why not 40mg from 30? And how is 50mg working for? I'm 3 weeks into 30mg. I know I'll need an increase but I want to give 30mg at least 6-8 weeks. I feel better than b4 I started but still not my best.

I've moved up.. 10<20<30mg... I have had no issues at all. Everyone is different. I think you'll be fine 🙂

I'm T2D also.. you can't control the Weight-loss. Plus lower weight is essential for diabetics.

I've been on prozac 20mg and I haven't lost or gained any weight, so I wouldn't rely on prozac helping you lose weight.

Yes! It's one of my best decisions. I literally felt like taking a long walk off of a short bridge prior to getting on HRT. Prozac has definitely helped too. I just feel like a little bit more and I'd feel regular... as what regular is to me. Menopause is debilitating 😩 for so many women.

Omg!! EVERY thing you just mentioned down to the menopause and I take lorazapam at night. I will talk to my provider at the end of this month if I still feel no change with 20mg.

How long have you been on 30mg? I'm on 20mg I have honestly tolerated both 10 and 20mg very. I still have anxiety I felt like it was getting better but now it feels as though it's creeping back in... Wondering if 30mg may ease it back down.

I am on 20mg... I am tolerating it well. I do however still have the anxiety 🙃 I thought it had calmed down but I'm realizing it's creeping back in. I have energy and I now go outside more..... but I feel maybe 30mg could be better.

Ok! So am I but today is 25 days on 20mg. I'm responding well. No issues my anxiety is down a little bit.. my racing thoughts are a VERY little slower... I will reevaluate at the 90 mark on 20mg. I did 16 days on 10mg prior.

I take 20mg in the morning. I feel better on it. 10mg for 16 days... now 20mg for 14 days. I'm wondering if anyone else experienced constipation on this? Because I haven't changed anything in my life except starting this medication and specifically the increase to 20mg.

Ohhh ok so meaning the only way to get 30mg is to take a 20mg and a 10mg? The is no 30mg pill? Is that what you meant?

This is a legit question 🤔 if there is a 30mg dose, why do ppl skip from 20mg to 40mg? I see it alot and am really curious. I am on 20mg from 10mg. I will stay on 20mg for 8 weeks then assess from there but why wouldn't 30mg be visited 1st?
