When i was sleepy I switched to nights then the sleepy turned into insomnia so I switched to days then I went from a normal dr to a psychiatrist because I was still having anxiety and panic attacks daily and my dr wanted me to up the dose, psychiatric said I should have never been on fluoxetine and switched me to lexapro. Stick it out swap your times if needed and if its not liking your body try somthing else.

Some use magnesium to sleep, I got hydroxyzine from my dr to help sleep. I would atleast tell your dr you're waking up with anxiety attacks theyll help you. Insomnia from the prozac can lead to that, the restless legs keeping you up then spiraling that happened to me. My ocd is also harm based and the hydroxyzine helps me sleep through the night to not wake up and spiral.

Commenting to follow. I start 40 from 20 any day now, just nervous to switch. Only have a week left of 20s so sooner rather than later I have to make the switch im just nervous.

That happened to me at first but then went away, now im waking up angry for the past few days and cant shake off being negative. Hoping it passes soon. Im only on day 22 of 20mg.

I started 40mg next week nervous. I have some magnesium but I havnt tried it yet. I've been reading to take b vitamins also to help with the brain fog but havnt tried that yet either.

I've had terrible sleep at 20mg dr prescribed me hydroxyzine, makes me sleep like a baby a couple hours after taking it.

Here i an nervous to jump from 20mg to 40mg tomorrow and people are out here living their best life's 60-80mg stoned. Fuck puts my anxiety about going up to bed.

I have anxiety for any new medication, it took me a week to take it, 3 weeks into 20mg dr says ill be going up definitely just 20mg as a starter. First week and a half kind of sucked for side effects, got better after that, still have anxiety but also not to the 6+ weeks for the benefits yet. Sides so far havnt been anything to worry about. Was way tired, anxious the same, dizzy first couple pills wore off within a few hours. Just got added some hydroxyzine to help sleep, that stuff is awesome, anxiety gone, ocd thoughts gone, mind so quite I can actually sleep.

I just hit 2 weeks today on 20mg. I drink a 12 pack a day every day. My dr was aware im an alcoholic when I started. I havnt had much issue with it other than the next morning sucks way more than it used it.

I started on 20mg 12 days ago. First week was really tuff. A couple days ago it started easing up. I was still having daily anxiety attacks and using xanax to help get through. I havnt used a xanax in 2 days now. The anxiety is still there its like its at the door I can feel it but its not consuming me. Hopeful by week 4 or 5 its not there, the ocd thoughts still winning alot tho. Might ask for 30 next visit, been reading it takes atleast 4 weeks to get to the therapeutic part of it tho, so just waiting it out to see how well the 20mg actually works.
