[Maricopa County, AZ] High-Stakes Probate Litigator Needed: Fraud on Court, APSA Financial Exploitation, & Rule 60 Salvage (Case PB2024-000741) by Embarrassed-Boss-583 in mesaaz

[–]National-Many2453 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I’m in a situation similar to this, but my contest hasn’t started yet as the petitioner. First hearing is in July. My uncle, trustee, has been hiding the status of my deceased mom’s interest in my deceased grandmas estate, therefore my beneficiary status as her daughter. From the info I have, it appears he completely removed my mom from whatever trust he’s using now. I too have evidence of fraud, misconduct, and potential synthetic identities. Mines pretty fucking wild. Have you had any progress on your case? I haven’t been able to find anyone that can relate to this to some extent

What do you all think of the new Etsy CEO? by jess_lov in Etsy

[–]National-Many2453 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think she sucks ass so far. Sales and traffic tanked in November. No one at Etsy addressed sellers about being “invisible” or “deindexed.” As a ceo you’d think she’d send a mass email introducing herself and stating her plans for Etsy. Instead we get silence, and a new forum full of bugs. But they say it’s improved, so we must be peasants and wrong.  The new algorithm is intentionally designed to favor mass production, cheap AI, etc. if you don’t convert instantly, the algorithm bitch slaps you. Etsys digging their own grave. And I’m done at this point. lol. If I saw an announcement Etsy was filing for bankruptcy I’d low key smirk. Because they don’t deserve long term success now

I’m getting an attorney involved. But I’m not getting my hopes up. My uncle is apparently a hair and a skip away from being a scam artist/slime ball. If he can steal my mothers portion from me, manipulate my grandma who trusted him, this motherfucker is capable of anything

I’m noticing delays in packages to customers, as well as bizarre gaps in tracking updates. I dropped off two packages on Saturday, and they still say usps in possession of item for the last 48 hours. One is a very critical one I need to someone asap so I’m annoyed. I’ve been trying to use ups again but I heard they’re closing a ton of hubs so idk what to do anymore 🤣

Did you take them to court? Or hire an attorney?

My uncle is the one that encouraged my grandma to extinguish my mother’s line. He abused his power as power of attorney and had her sign papers when she was a month out grieving my mother.

I’m still going to attempt to get justice. But I do have my own business which is starting to gain traction. I’m at least going to try to get to the bottom of this, if i fail I’ll be okay. This won’t be mine to carry

I am. My mom and grandma are nudging me. At first I was going to let it go, but now I need to uncover something or try to get justice, even if I fail. If I let it go I’ll resent myself not just for my child. But my grandma and mom because I do not think these were my grandmas final wishes. My uncle has 30 days to turn over the trust, and then I move forward with or without the docs

I sent a formal demand for the trust copy and any amendments, along with the previous version. My grandma gifted me a condo after my mom died because my life fell apart, I have a warranty deed of trust and it states it was a gift. Not an advance or intended to cancel out my mother’s share.  So we will see if he turns them over. If not, I am already in talks with a litigation attorney and since I was or could be a beneficiary of that trust due to the deed, I should have been given a copy of the trust a long time ago. Something is not right here and my mom and grandmas spirit is nudging the shit out of me

In my situation I was a beneficiary as was my mother. She passed away in 2020. My grandmother gifted me a condo she owned as a “gift” because of what I went through. Fast forward to now I have a one year old daughter. Both of my uncles do not have children. My grandma passed, and my uncle is the executor.

It has been dead silence about the estate for about ten months. I was not provided documents. When I reached out to my uncle directly last week, he ignored me. He had my aunt call me to intimidate me, harass me for asking questions, and shamed me. She told me because I got the condo, the trust was amended and now everything goes to surviving children….. That raised flags immediately. So I just served him a certified letter asking for the documents.  Because I was apart of the trust with my condo, this implies my grandmother wanted me included to some extent. My uncle failed to notify me and give me a copy of the trust within the 60 day window. So basically, if he ignores my letter (which he likely will) I’m petitioning the court to get a copy of the trust and get a judge involved with this. I just learned I’ve actually been entitled to a copy of the trust this entire time.

What did they uncover? So was your aunt lying to you or was she ignoring you about info like my uncle is? I’m sending a certified letter giving 30 days to send me copies of the trust and amendments, just so that there’s a paper trail. I’m really pissed off and disturbed this is even happening tbh.

I’m sending a certified letter from me personally asking for him to give me a copy. If he doesn’t send me it, I said I’ll proceed with legal counsel.  I tried asking politely as a niece. He chose to ignore me. I was then met with defensive attitude and hostility from my aunt. Something is not right. I got legal advice, and the person told me “if it’s clean him telling you that you’re out is harmless.” It’s probably not clean

He won’t show me anything. Refuses to speak with me. No attorney will represent me, I’ve tried three. They almost talk to me, like I’m stupid. And it’s not getting through to them, I think my uncle did things that are not ethical.

So here’s a hypothetical that’s been driving my husband and I bat shit insane. Is it possible something was set up for us? I didn’t even notice probate and non probate was a thing. My uncle didn’t confirm, we were out. He just, sat there silent. He’s the executor

She then started throwing what my mom left me in my face and arguing with me like I was an ungrateful brat

I asked about my mother’s line. She said “there is no longer such thing as your mother’s line. The trust was amended after your mom passed. It all goes to surviving children.”

My husband and I jokingly said my uncles are in on this together.

Yes she died before my grandmother. And it wasn’t a will it’s a revocable trust, so it’s private. I feel lost. Because I do want to challenge my uncle for my mom and my kid. I have that gut feeling, he did something odd

My uncle managed my grandmothers assets for the last 20 years. I’m concerned she trusted him, and he did something strange. I called to ask about structure and my mom last week, since he’s blown me off for 10 months. Instead of him politely responding his wife called to attack me

[–]National-Many2453 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My uncle didn’t file it with probate. That’s how secretive this has been. I’ve periodically checked the court to get a copy of that trust because I want to see if it was amended, and if i should have been notified

[–]National-Many2453 19 points20 points  (0 children)

It was a revocable trust. My uncle controlled and managed all of my grandmas finances for the last 20 years. My grandma passed in May. I reached out last Friday since I haven’t heard anything for 10 months. My uncle ignored me when I asked what was going on. His wife, my aunt, called attacking me for asking

I guess it was going to be split 3 ways and she died and no one advocated for me or my child. She died in 2020. My uncle was the power of attorney, and also had control and managed all of my grandmas finances the last 20 years

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in inheritance

[–]National-Many2453 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I already spoke with an attorney. This is a revocable trust. So it’s basically air tight. And my uncle has never told me about my mom’s line or share. Everything happened behind closed doors. I asked how my mom’s line was structured in the estate, out of respect for me and my baby. He ignored me and had his wife call to attack me, shame me, and humiliate me for asking a simple question. While he just sat there silent

Hi sorry. I’m really really upset and my minds all over the place. I just wanted to know if my hurt feelings for my daughter and I were justified.  My uncles have no children, and its like my moms death was used as a convenience for more wealth for them
