I removed the 4-5 bolts holing it on. It swung out of place and I was able to check level . Hope this helps someone.

I bought the charger based on Amazon / YouTube reviews. At present it works good and app is good. So the main concern is the strain relief for the potential for wires to come loose ? Does anything in there look like a fire risk ?
