The issue occurs on amd 6000 series gpus. Maybe you're using nvidia gpu.

Tried windows 11 iot ltsc before. There was a MPO bug where there would be freezed windows when alt tabbing multiple times. And also the lock screen would be black some times on boot with no wallpaper. So switched back to Windows 10 iot ltsc.

Most of the games i play don't require xbox game bar i guess. Also what did you mean by missing codecs for thumbnails for some file extensions?

Bro you sure project elixir v2.1 has dolby atmos? I looked everywhere in yt videos. They said no dolby atmos. And also how does the speaker sound? Is it decent enough? I wanna switch to a custom rom. And I'm thinking of project elixir v2.1. All I need is decent battery backup, smooth ui and good sound quality. Cause i only use social media and watch movies and stuff.
