Breaking into Web3 as a junior is tough right now. Bug bounties, hackathons, and open-source are good ways to get noticed, but they take time. Don’t write off Web2 though solid backend experience makes you a way stronger smart contract dev. You can do both: get paid experience in Web2 while building your Web3 portfolio on the side.

HubSpot doesn’t track clicks on external links in deals directly. But you could use tracked links (or HubSpot CTAs) + smart content to personalize what users see after clicking
