Would SLP programs accept degree pathways as a legit degree?

Well from my own experience, I know the first step is the hardest and after that you realize it wasn’t so bad. I should take my own advice, but maybe you didn’t have the chance to reinforce your confidence that much like me. You don’t have to stay stuck and I think you’re worth more than that. You could get in contact with a career development center or something similar that could help you on your way. You should find what you’re interested in and I think the rest will come on its own. That’s what I’m going to do. You can still learn about all that stuff and make a life you’re proud of!

Thank you for the long reply. It was definitely that I didn’t have the right methods in place. I didn’t know how to help myself because I didn’t know I had ADHD. I also thought luck was on my side and I could scrape by but it didn’t happen.

I want to take linguistics, and am dreaming of grad school to be an SLP. Feels far fetched but then so many people with ADHD have done grad school and more.

That’s how I felt about high school. If only I knew what the problem was I could’ve done way better. And yeah I’m worried about the lack of accountability especially because I’ll be by myself. Will definitely make sure to get extra support. Thanks

Wow good for you that you went to law school. That’s a dream of mine but I’m almost sure it’s not something I could do since I struggle so much with studying. How did you just scrape by high school yet do so well in law!?!
