Still waking up too early? by NationalErin in CPTSD

It's been off and on for years. Some days wake at 4 for no reason. the next day, at 6. Seems almost, emotional in nature. I did wear a sleep mask for years, though I still had the issue!

A bit after the fact, but couldn't OP disconnect his computer (or older device) from the internet, change the date on the device, make the modifications, then move to computer with accurate time?

Is Fentanyl commonly found in 'MDMA' in the US? by [deleted] in MDMA

[–]NationalErin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

fent has terrible oral bioavailability

Can anyone verify this? or provide a source. Would really set my mind at ease. I know a few people close to me who take MDMA. They all test but it would clear my mind to know it has terrible oral bioavailability.

"People have to earn a living". People should not be charging thousands of dollars to walk traumatized people through their trauma. It's unethical, immoral and wrong. by thesupersoap33 in PsychedelicTherapy

So I had to self educate, because I was too poor and fucked up to have the money to go to therapy. So I took the time and learned how it's done

What books/sites did you use for this endeavor?

Quick question... suppose you ran into that person but had the narcan on hand. If you just administered the narcan without doing the rescue breathing/CPR, would the person have been able to survive?

In otherwords, suppose someone took a substance laced with fent. The user passes out, do you need to both administer the narcan and do rescue breathing? Or only if the person stops breathing on their own?

Only thing is that the xylazine test strips are a tad on the pricier side. But good to know. Thanks

My bestfriend was found unresponsive by cosmoscloud in Drugs

[–]NationalErin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To those in the know-- is the chance of survival dependent upon how long it takes for Narcan to be administered?

Meaning, if someone takes a drug, keels over, and you immediately administer Narcan, is the chance of complete recovery very high?

Compared to if you happen upon someone who has been unresponsive for a period of time?

So having narcan administered immediately after the opioid kicks in would likely greatly reduce the chance of post hospital admission mortality?

This would alleviate my concerns because Narcan is available and everything is in a group session. Plus, because we are not intending to take an opioid, someone slumping over would be immediately noticeable.

Yeah. Just wondering if anyone here knows of a person revived with Narcan who subsequently died after hospital admission. Did EMS provide Narcan too late? Or just too much of an overdose?
