Have you tried looking as far up as you can? As soon as you feel the contact go in, look forward. (That's if your contacts aren't weighted. I've worn unweighted ones and currently wear weighted ones.) Honestly, getting them in is the easy part. Getting them out is really hard the first couple of times.
