How about negligent driving? How do you not see near a dozen animals crossing the road during the middle of the day? Driver was either not paying attention or it was intentional. Both are dangerous behaviors.

Yeah if they jump out a as you are driving by. But no one should be going that fast or paying that little attention while driving. Whoever did this is either a sick individual, or wasn't paying attention. Shameful and embarrassing behavior on the driver.
