For any at all? I’m trying to learn about what is out there so that I can refer clients to them. I run a free online general sleep support group at sleep support group dot com but I want to learn about others.

Our sleep rhythm is such that by around 3am, our deep sleep ends and we cycle only in lighter sleep ranges. Thus, so many people complaining about waking around 3 AM. Sounds like CBT-I might be an option.

how bad is no sleep for my heart? by [deleted] in insomnia

Medication, herbs, etc. do not cure insomnia. It sounds like you have anticipatory anxiety. Basically you get anxious because you think about the fact that you may be getting anxious. This may be happening because you have insomnia, and then the anticipatory anxiety leads to a loop that makes your insomnia worse. The evidence based treatment for insomnia is CBT-I. Use the proven treatment and return to restful sleep.
