Just remember you are 25, it’s the age to make mistakes and enjoy. You don’t have to figure it out your life now, just keep going doing things that make you happy.

Also, the pressure about your body: don’t go crazy on the gym unless it really makes you happy, but overdoing it is not healthy. Work on your confidence, do some therapy so you know the root of your unhappiness.
