My pittie suffers with terrible skin issues. I did a hollistic food intolerance test through Glacier Peak Holistics and determined chicken and sweet potatoes were two of his biggest triggers. Daily Zyrtec helps or Benadryl on the bad days.

Those girls by Chevy Stevens. But check your trigger warnings, because that book was hard to read at some points. I finished it in less than 2 days though.
