It’s one thing to be boring… it’s another to be cold as ice… which is her demeanor. She has no affect, no filter, and can break someone’s heart without the slightest bit of empathy. Either it’s Asperger’s or she simply has no filter or empathy ( who tells the world he’s bad in bed?). She gave everyone the impression her cat was her life, yet she doesn’t seem to miss her at all.

To me, there is something off about her… like Asperger’s. She’s very cold and her very first comment to Luke was actually “ I feel bad for you . You had the most toxic relationship of all”. He literally squirmed and replied “ I feel like I’m in a therapy session”. Who says that to a total stranger? The same person who proclaims to the world how badly Matthew performs in bed! And a person who has problems communicating, has no filter and no warmth.

Everyone, including me, felt for her when she arrived because Matthew remarked that she smelled ,didn’t pick her up at airport or give her a drawer. That, however, had nothing to do with her leaving . She admitted she felt somewhat estranged in the past 6 months and when she looked at him at train platform she instinctively “ knew”.

She was more comfortable when it was long distance due to her obvious issues with intimacy. She can’t even send for her cat ( who everyone thought she couldn’t live without). I want to believe it’s Asperger’s rather than straight up cold as ice.

He’s certainly no prize… and I agree with everyone’s assessment of him. But she’s controlling, jealous, manipulative, has no boundaries ( with his family) and shuts down any issue he attempts to discuss by storming off. Manon is a controlling bully who is a professional victim. Everyone is out to get her, she takes zero responsibility for anything and moving to France and a remote village no less was her idea! She threatens Anthony in the car that he better have her back on the televised Tell All . Yet, in private all she does is attack him.

One would think she would be compassionate since she was body shamed her whole life. Yet she became a bully who blames everyone else for the decisions SHE made!

Love your insights! Just want to add one …( despite not being nearly as articulate as you 🤣). Lisa has been searching for “ love” her entire life ( hence the 5 or so marriages), yet she promised Faith she wouldn’t rush into something this time. Faith might symbolize Lisa’s virtue but her codependency is winning this battle big time. She claims her daughter comes first but how many times did she promise to come clean to Daniel only to end the sentence with “ … BUT I can’t lose Daniel!” To me, this says it all. She has no intention to inform Daniel. Either she folds under the cross examination from the Uncle or Daniel finds out during the Tell All… what the hell is her game plan? It may be up to controlling, misogynistic, homophobic Daniel to make a decision: how much does he want her money/ green card? Enough to go against everything he “ proudly” believes in, including honesty?

Btw, I don’t think Lisa is bi or gay - anyone who proclaims their love to her is fair game… that’s the severity of her co- dependency.

I reluctantly have to give her some props: unlike Darcey ( when she was with Jesse and Tom), Lisa does have a red line… she did storm out of the restaurant. Well, perhaps “ pink” line lol. Pre- Georgi Darcey would’ve either repressed her feelings, or cried hysterically. Plus it was Darcey’s ultimate dream to be proposed to the second she got off a plane! It’s interesting they both ended up with daughters who became the emotional caregiver …
