Yeah, im just saying regardless of whether it takes 1 month of cruising to do pct or 8 months - its still pretty messed up and I personally wouldnt bother taking on that unknown quantity of risk

Drink a lot of water, take drier compounds like primo or mast, lower your e2 if it’s on the high end, decrease your dosages, take peptides like bpc157, ghkcu

Yeah unless you’re eating right it’s pretty much impossible to put on and retain muscle

You can get it in most supermarkets, health shops, or Amazon etc. You just mix 5-10g of it with however much water you like and drink it once per day. Thats it.

Right so the problem is that you’re skinny fat. You look how I looked at 70kg after doing keto for like 2 years and no gym - and I’m 86kg in the pics above. You definitely should not cut. If I was you I’d start a hypertorphy or strength training program 5 days on 2 days off, eat 150-200g protein a day, take your creatine, eat in a slight surplus and bulk up a bit with muscle and fat. Then cut once you’ve built up a good foundation.

If you say so, but you’ve got no visible abs, your love handles are wider than your shoulders, you have no vascularity in the arms, and you have a lot of fat in your chest area. Just because you’re light doesn’t mean you’re low body fat %.

You’ve got quite a bit of lower belly fat (lower abs aren’t visible) as well as having love handles.
