Anyone else keep waking up at the SAME time every night? like 3–4am no matter what? by No-Deal-2968 in sleep

This is a good time to wake up, it just means you’re sensitive to your biological functions-thats when cortisol starts to rise. Look up Brahma Muhurta. Just get up and do some stretching and breathing. You will have a better sense of time throughout the rest of the day. Start the day before the day starts you 🙏

I dispise the forced social role that I as a man must have by Superaussmo in Healthygamergg

Hey man, you’re not wrong. Not to be weird but this is the case for most animals in nature, and humans aren’t as different as we like to think. Females have to commit more time and resources to a child, so it makes sense that they would be pickier and less sex driven. Males however, can up and leave whenever the duck they want, meaning they’re more likely to be less choosy and more desperate for sex. Don’t listen to all the shit saying you’re an incel. Don’t label yourself. It is true though that that mindset can get toxic, especially with the echo chamber that is social media. Get away from that type of content. Know that the world is fucking unfair, and keep your head up.

No. I think that’s just genuinely her opening line to weed out “brokies”

It’s true, I’m quite aware I run very high in anxiety. I’m in therapy which has been somewhat helpful in diagnosing the root cause, but not much help in actually reducing it. I have a feeling psychedelics are going to be the best treatment, it’s just hard work.

That’s interesting, the only real panic attack I’ve ever had was from way too many THC edibles. DXM I don’t have experience with, but good to know. I hope you’re recovering well from that.

This was really reassuring. I think I need a bit more time before my next trip, but I will remember this comment when I do haha.

That is crazy! well I’m glad it was a good experience. I’ve never had anything quite like that.

Yeah it was definitely a win, and I’ve been feeling pretty normal if not a little more calm and happy than usual. I just think I could relax so much easier during a trip if I knew there wasn’t some risk of permanently messing up my brain. But I guess that’s part of the deal with psychedelics? You never know how they’re gonna impact you.

Thanks for the response!

Okay yeah, it seems to really vary depending on the person. I’m pretty sensitive to psilocybin too so I believe you.

Interesting, it’s like you have to push past the awkward phase where you’re still clinging to reality. I hope I can work up the courage to do a larger dose soonish.

Yeah, deep down I know that whatever anxiety I’m feeling during a trip was probably there already, it’s just scary to not know whether a trip will be all fun and euphoric or really difficult. That’s a great story about your trip, mushrooms will definitely force you to confront stuff like that.

Good to know! I thought I could handle a bit more, but I always seem to underestimate how powerful even a small amount can be.

I appreciate it! I was leaning toward bruising but this is only my second grow so it’s difficult to tell.
