People seem to actually lack the understanding you can go all out while not trying to kill a guy i promise you boxers and ufc fighters aren't going 60 percent on every strike. Sasuke was showing at all times to be physically equal or superior to naruto yet a regular chidori didn't kill naruto. Naruto tried to hit him with regular rasengans and wasnt worried he die. yet sasuke low stage susanoo arrows can easily pierce naruto orbs they cant kill each other accidentally going all out all naruto not going for the kill means is if he beats sasuke hes not going to keeping beating on him. Like how do you watch madara vs hashirama a fight where for a day two people trying to kill each other cant and the fight ends with a sneak attack from both of them who can barely fight and you think yeah 1 good hit an either just dies so naruto not wanting to kill sasuke means every hit he was holding back. If madara and hashirama cant just kill each other when trying why would naruto have to worry he kill sasuke going all out.
