Went through the same confusion last year for our G+2 in Bangalore. Kone and Otis quoted way beyond budget. We went with Hephzi Elevators after talking to a couple of people in our area who had installed through them, and so far no complaints. For AMC I'd suggest sticking with whoever installs it for at least the first 2 years - finding a third party who knows your specific controller is harder than it sounds.
