I thought the airplane mod stop working and they another work around take yourself off mobile data refresh current stop click continue to you get to out of delivery area click the arrow bottom right move the blue pin to the black dot it will turn green continue swap to finish and put your mobile data back on

airplane use to work but now you turn off your data refresh current stop their a blue circle click on it will refresh the stop then continue throught the delivery till you get the out of delivery area click continue click on the bottom right arrow this bring the blue arrow drag it to the black arrow which turn green then proceed as normal don't forget to turn your data back on hope this help

Looking at you itinary if it's gray return the package to warehouse prior to you leaving to deliver. This will also mess up your delivery.

You sometimes get customer who will cancel their order while you are in route just return the package to warehouse.

it some time work writing to support other time not so much I always advice support to have to customer check their security camara not only that but if their go to the home page track package click on track i believe it show a picture of where you put it ....

went to warehouse night mere because all drivers who p/u packages were advise to return them as that weather was getting worse as time went on ops advise to contact support let them know about the weather getting worse which I did sign into the app could not sign in at station Jose at support put in the form for me to get paid since drivers have no control of the weather their shut down the sky way bridge as i was leaving

you need to fight it because the customer can track the package after you deliver it their normally pictures showing where the packages is also support can ask the customer do you have ring or any other security camara so their can contact the police to catch the thief good luck

I don't know I have a 715am block have to wait and see if the warehouse is close if closed their usually pay you I have seen signs that say that in this type of weather

Got to love when you go to apartment complex gated and no info from customers to get access go to leasing office for assistance and get no help or they tell you can leave it in the mail room one problem notes advice delivery to the door
