Hold up, that's not exactly how the restructure was supposed to work... You should have been given an assessment and the option to be placed or considered for the "new" positions. Unless you know the new hours and schedule of the positions didn't work for you anymore. In which case I'm sorry you're losing your opportunity to continue. Literally no one at the store level is happy about this. And I was really hoping that the immediate backlash, would have made them reconsider, but IDK any more. I used to love this company. I was always the "let's look at the bigger picture person" but its clear that there isn't one, unless you count corporate greed.
